Pour la petite histoire, cette gourmandise sucrée fait son entrée dans un café parisien en 1856 et est inspirée du traditionnel éclair et de la robe des religieuses d'où lui vient son nom.

Commencez à rembourrer.

Réalisez le glaçage du petit chou avec du fil rose:
R1-R4: Idem petit chou.
R5: (1 ms, 1 dim, 1 br, 2 br, 1br, 1 dim, 1 ms, 1 mc) x3.
Puis fixez le glaçage sur le petit chou tout en dissimulant les fils, n'oubliez pas de placer les fils de couleurs brun sous le chou afin de les utiliser pour accrocher le petit chou sur le grand chou (une fois celui-ci réaliser).
Réaliser le grand chou avec du fil brun:
R1-R5: Idem Petit chou.
R6: 4 ms, 1 augm. (36)
R7: 5 ms, 1 augm. (42)
R8: 6 ms, 1 augm. (48)
R9-12: 1 augm. dans chacune des mailles du tour précédent. (48)
R13: 6 ms, 1 dim. (42)
R14: 5 ms, 1 dim. (36)
R15: 4 ms, 1 dim. (30)
R16: 3 ms, 1 dim. (24)
Commencez à rembourrer.
R17: 2 ms, 1 dim. (18)
R18: 1 ms, 1 dim. (12)

Réalisez le glaçage du grand chou avec du fil rose:
R1-R8: Idem grand chou.
R9: 7 ms, 1 augm. (54)
R10: 8 ms, 1 augm. (60)
R11: (1 ms, 1 dim, 1 br, 2 br, 1br, 1 dim, 1 ms, 1 mc) sur tout le pourtour du rang 10.
Fixez le glaçage du grand chou sur le grand chou, puis le petit chou sur le grand chou.
